Seorang nenek bernama Misao Ookawa, diakui secara resmi sebagai perempuan tertua di dunia. Guinness World Records mengakui Ookawa yang kini berusia 114 Tahun.
 
Seperti dilansir Telegraph, Kamis (28/2/), Misao Ookawa, yang lahir pada tahun 1898 ini, menerima secara resmi sertifikat pengakuan dirinya sebagai wanita tertua di dunia.
 
Wanita asal Osaka, Jepang ini sekarang tinggal di sebuah panti jompo, ia memiliki tiga orang anak, empat cucu, dan enam cicit.
 
Selain Ookawa seorang pria Jepang turut diakuti sebagai pria tertua di dunia. Gelar itu diraih oleh Jiroemon Kimura yang berusia 115 tahun.
