Nenek Terkekar Di Dunia

Usianya sudah senja, 75 tahun. Namun jangan pernah bilang, ia sudah tua, apalagi renta. Badan ErnestineShepherd bahkan jauh lebih fit dan sehat dari perempuan lain yang lebih muda puluhan tahun. Nenek sehat asal Baltimore ini bahkan dinobatkan sebagai binaragawan perempuan tertua versi Guiness Book of World Records. Kepada Washington Post, Shepherd dengan yakin mengatakan, "usia hanyalah angka."
